I thought of making a skin that shows how much internet the applications in use use.
Example: Chrome 1mbit/s, Torrent 55mbit/s, Network 20 mbit/s, Total 76 mbit/s etc. Is it possible to make such a skin?

Just like SilverAzide, I've been aiming for this ever since I discovered Rainmeter. While a complete real-time solution doesn't exist or it's not feasible (short of somehow stealing that info from a firewall software you use), you can explore using the netstat command either directly, or via a scripting environment (e.g. PowerShell, AutoIt, AutoHotKey, VB Script, etc).
