I'll let xenium answer the part about the skin, but just so you know, choosing the "master GPU" in the MSI settings' 1st combo box you screenshot has nothing to do with the "order" of your GPUs in the data provided by MSI AB and which is used by the skin. That setting simply chooses which of your GPUs the data in MSI AB refers to, so that you're able to modify stuff for the desired GPU if needed. For example, I also have my discrete GPU as the "master GPU", yet my "GPU0" always stays my integrated card, while "GPU1" is always the discrete one:So, in a MSI AB measure, having GPU=1 should normally get data for your 2nd GPU, which is most of the times if not all, the discrete one.
