With the mouse plugin by NightHawkSLO, you can...You can't drag an image or button, included into a Rainmeter skin. You can drag the whole skin, but not one element of the skin. To move any meter, you have to set its X and Y values, by editing the code manually (in particular to move the [MeterImage1] meter, you have to alter its X=300 and Y=100 values), or for a dynamic movement of the meter, you have to dynamically alter the value of these two options (for instance through !SetOption bangs), but no way to get a meter moved independently by the other meters, by drag.
