Here you go...
The problem with Process V2 is the Microsoft made the decision to name each instance "process exe" + colon + "process id". This breaks the logic used in Rainmeter, which assumes the separator is a hash symbol like it is everywhere else. Grr.

Microsoft has documented several problematic issues with Process, which is why they created the V2 counters.
