Besides what Yincognito wrote, a while ago I had a similar question, related not to the total CPU usage, but the usage of particular processes. SilverAzide explained why is going on this, while jsmorley recommended using Process Explorer instead of Task Manager, explaining why is this software a better choice here (see his later posts as well).Hallo!
