For first, let's emphasize an important thing: the posted codes are the codes of the Circle\CPU\Size3.inc file.

I doubt the [MeasureCPUTemperature] measures, as posted in the codes, are working. I'm not entirely sure (the codes of the UsageMonitor plugin measures are not quite simple), but I'd say you can't acquire the temperature this way. To get CPU temperature I recommend a background running app, like CoreTemp or SpeedFan and the appropriate plugin.
