Noted a huge mistake in the posted code. I think RicardoTM talked about the same mistake, but he didn't emphasize enough. The [!ActivateConfig "ModularVisualizer"\Main "Main.ini"] bang definitely can't work, because it should have to have a config and a skin as parameters. But the "ModularVisualizer"\Main "Main.ini" parameter is not valid, it practically doesn't contain a config, nor a skin. This bang, most probably, should be [!ActivateConfig "ModularVisualizer\Main" "Main.ini"]. The red part is the name of the config and the green one is the name of the skin.
Try replacing the IfFalseAction option and check if the skin is working. Is it?
