Both the skin and the plugin are actually in use there, it's just that the WebView "measure" is zero sized, if I recall correctly.

Thats true the "Measure" shows up in the Rainmeter Console as zero. Can you give me an explanation, if i add Disabled=1 by the "Measure=Plugin". Why the Plugin gets not Disabled? You can still used..

The same case with MousePlugin,ActionTimerPlugin.. Apparently plugins themselves cannot be deactivated.
But the Rainmeter Console show up the Measure/Plugin as Disabled... i have no idea..

Is Webparser a standalone measure or a plugin? Disabled=1 works correctly here.
