If you're talking about the MSI AB forum, that has nothing to do with Rainmeter or its forum, other than the fact that the plugin is made for Rainmeter - however, if you go the last page of that thread, you'll find some solutions to this:I cant get MSI Afterburner.dll, I tried the link in the forum post from 2010 but it doesn't work. If you still can't, download and install this basic sample skin I made last year, because it will also install / copy the plugin's .dll files in the proper locations (which you can then use in your own skin, even if you delete the sample skin itself afterwards):
