Since the recent Rainmeter update I'm seeing this error from the PerfmonPDH plugin...That seems to have been due to the plug-in DLL being moved from...
C:\Program Files\Rainmeter\Plugins
...to...
C:\Program Files\Rainmeter\Defaults\Plugins
Unclear what did so, presumably the recent update; moving it back seems to resolve the issue.
