I really like the skin but the Day is showing in another language not English, is theer any way to change this please?

It's not another language. The issue is that the .ini file is not encoded as UTF-16 Little Endian.

Unload the skin, open the skin .ini file in some text editor, change the encoding of the file to UTF-16 LE, save the file, and reload the skin.
