Thank you for your code suggestion. I got it figured out.GifCam - This program is pretty awesome easy to use and free. I liked it so much a gave the developer a donation.It is possible but will require more time than is currently available for me.
Basically, it would require creating a BackgroundHeightMin variable and then adding a Clamp function to the SettingBGHeight formulas in each section. There may be other complications when expanding/collapsing due to the use of multiple meter section heights in your formulas.
I will look at this, but it may be some time before I can reply with any code suggestions, sorry
BTW, I use an old version of the GifCam program to create animations for the forum post.
