I'm looking through your code and found the essence of it. Just a quick question related to how it's done normally.
Is it possible to just turn the IndexUp/Down into a Calc?
By that I mean something like this: !CommandMeasure "ParentMeasureName" "(IndexUp+9)"
Thereby adding 9 to the IndexUp making it a row of 10. Although I'm guessing you can't do it this way, or you would have used it in your skin.
Or how about adjusting the index of the meters by adding 10 on scroll? Would that work?
